Food & Seaview Restaurant

Le Deck is the main restaurant of the Palm Hotel & Spa ****. It is considered as a luxury restaurant with Creole accents, on the one hand because of its attractive view of the Indian Ocean and the bay of Grand´Anse and on the other hand because of its deep attachment to local products.

 

Conducted by our chef Jehan Colson, you will find a creative cuisine, with culinary interbreedings, which uses many local products: fruits, vegetables, spices, fish, meat...

 

Le Deck proposes several menus , first courses, salads, Creole- such as sea and land specialties, a wide range of desserts, but also the “Locavore” menu, where only products, harvested, breeded or catched, within a radius of 150 km of the Palm Hotel & Spa **** are used.

 

Le Deck offers also, a Business lunch and the Akéa offer (joining up lunch to a treatment at the Spa).

 

 Varying pleasure there are offered theme buffets two evenings of the week. 
 

 Each Sunday Le Deck organizes a Barbecue lunch, with live music on the terrace of the hotel.

Breakfast: 6.30 am to 10.00 am (Buffet)
Lunch: 12 pm to 14 pm
Dinner: 19.30 pm to 22 pm
