Pleasure, discovery, originality, local products are the guiding principles of Le Makassar, the gourmet restaurant of the Palm Hotel & Spa****. Surrounded by an elegant & warm atmosphere, you are served refined dishes with local products created by our chef.
As a veritable “playground” of the chef and his team, Le Makassar is a creative gustatory laboratory, with the vocation of sublime local products, revisiting them the gastronomic way with actual techniques.
Papaya of Petite Île Foie gras of the Plaine de Palmiste, herbs from the Palm's garden, shrimps from Mozambique, pigeons from Les Avirons...all of them exceptional products that create “costum made”, “haute couture” menus.
Each third Thursday of the month, the chef organizes concerts with the sommelier team, where dinners with local dishes are combined with wines after a special theme of the season or region. This is the Rendez-vous du Makassar.
